  • Arrow Icon Vermeer AgVantage Components Covered:

Drivetrain (PTO), toggle rollers, gearbox, drive rollers, cross drive shaft, roller bearings, drum roller, pickup drum reel, starter roller, pickup drum bearings (shaft), idler rollers, related roller bushings and flangettes. Also includes labor for repair/replacement based on Vermeer's labor standards for work performed; standard freight for replacement part shipment; freight for return shipment of components if required by Vermeer.

  • Arrow Icon Vermeer AgVantage DOES NOT include:
(a) Wear Items: pick up teeth, belts, drive chains and sprockets, scraper knives.
(b) Pickup assembly components and other baler system components not related to the drivetrain.
(c) Failures due to but not limited to abuse, neglect, improper use or operation, lack of maintenance and/or service (i.e., non-warrantable failures not related to parts/workmanship).
(d) Transportation (time or mileage) from field to authorized dealer’s shop; or, transportation (time or mileage) of service personnel for field repair.
(e) Incidential or consequential damage.
(f) Out of service time.
(g) Loaner or rental equipment.
(h) Diagnostic time of service personnel.

TwinRake extended warranty program
  • Arrow Icon What's COVERED:

Hydraulic motors, valves, hoses, plus, all subcomponents of the forementioned items used to deliver power to rake baskets. Labor and freight for warrantable failures as applicable (labor for repair/replacement is based on Vermeer's labor standards for work performed; standard freight for replacement part shipment; freight for return shipment of components if required by Vermeer).

  • Arrow Icon What's NOT COVERED:
(a) Rake teeth (wear item.)
(b) Basket, reel, bearings, hydraulic cylinders and their subcomponents.
(c) Failures due to but not limited to abuse, neglect, improper use or operation, lack of maintenance and/or service (i.e., non-warrantable failures not related to parts/workmanship).
(d) Transportation (time or mileage) from field to authorized dealer's shop; or, transportation (time or mileage) of service personnel for field repair.
(e) Incidential or consequential damage.
(f) Out of service time.

Coverage Period

Two years from purchase date. It provides coverage one full year after the expiration of the original limited warranty period.

Purchase Deadline

The AgVantage Limited Warranty package must be purchased within 30 days of the following:

(a) Sale to a retail customer;
(b) Placement into dealer's rental or lease equipment stock, or
(c) 100 bales or 100 acres of equipment demonstration.
